Delivery of services.

VANANTH AI (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED sells software delivered over the internet. We do not sell, ship, or deliver any physical goods. Nothing is dispatched by courier or post, and no shipping charges apply to any order.

On confirmation of payment, access to the subscribed product is provisioned electronically to the account that placed the order. Provisioning is normally immediate and automatic. Where it requires manual setup, access is provided within one business day of payment confirmation.

Access is delivered to the registered account email address. Keeping that address current and reachable is the account holder’s responsibility — we deliver to the address on record.

Our services are delivered over the internet and are available in India and internationally, subject to our Terms and Conditions. Fees are charged in Indian Rupees (INR).

If your payment has been confirmed and access has not been provisioned within one business day, contact us at contact@vananthai.in or +91 70198 53528 during 10:00–19:00 IST, Monday–Friday. If we cannot provision access, the payment is refunded in full under our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
