1Scope
This policy applies to all subscriptions and payments made to VANANTH AI (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED(“we”, “us”, “our”) for our software products, including CaterPilot and vivah.tech. It forms part of our Terms and Conditions.
2Try before you pay
CaterPilot includes a 7-day free trial and does not require a payment method to start it. The trial is the intended way to evaluate whether the product fits your business, and we encourage you to use it fully before you subscribe.
3Subscription fees are non-refundable
Subscriptions are billed in advance. Once a billing period has begun, the fee for that period is non-refundable, including where the service is unused or underused during the period.
This applies equally to monthly and annual plans. If you pay annually, the annual fee is non-refundable once the annual period has begun.
4When we do refund
We issue refunds in the following cases:
- Duplicate charges — you were charged more than once for the same billing period.
- Failed or erroneous transactions — money left your account but the subscription was not activated, or you were charged an incorrect amount.
- Charges after cancellation — you were charged for a period beginning after you had validly cancelled.
Refunds outside these cases are at our discretion and are not guaranteed.
5Cancelling a subscription
You may cancel at any time from your account, or by writing to contact@vananthai.in. On cancellation:
- Your subscription does not renew for the next period.
- Access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.
- No pro-rata refund is given for the unused part of the current period.
6How to request a refund
Write to contact@vananthai.in or call +91 70198 53528 during 10:00–19:00 IST, Monday–Friday, within 7 days of the charge. Please include:
- The registered account email address
- The date and amount of the charge
- The transaction or order reference
- The reason for the request
We acknowledge every request within 48 hours, and tell you our decision, with reasons, within 7 business days.
7How approved refunds are paid
Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days of approval and are credited to the original payment method used for the transaction, unless you agree to another method.
The time a refund takes to appear on your statement depends on your bank or card issuer and is outside our control. We will share the refund reference so you can trace it with them.
8Chargebacks
If you believe a charge is wrong, please contact us before raising a chargeback with your bank — we can usually resolve it faster directly. Where a chargeback is raised, we may suspend access to the account until the matter is settled, and we will provide our records to the bank or payment aggregator.
9Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The version in force is the one published here on the date of your transaction. Material changes are notified to the registered account email address.
